The Challenge

Our Approach
We developed SalonGo as a multi-tenant SaaS platform with two distinct interfaces: a comprehensive business dashboard for salon owners and staff, and a streamlined consumer mobile app for clients. The architecture uses Supabase for real-time data sync and authentication, with a PostgreSQL database designed for complex scheduling queries including staff availability, resource conflicts, and timezone-aware booking windows. The notification system uses Twilio for SMS and WhatsApp messaging with smart reminder cadence (24h, 6h, and 1h before appointment). Stripe Connect handles deposit payments and commission splits. The loyalty engine tracks points, visits, and spend to power a tiered discount system.
