Executive Summary
inSky needed to differentiate itself from generic AI chatbot apps by building deep, contextual memory of each user's situation. The AI needed to remember past conversations, adjust tone based on emotional context, and provide genuinely personalized guidance — not generic responses.
Ensuring absolute privacy and maintaining conversational context over long periods of time was essential. AI recommendations needed to be deeply personalized based on user history without violating security standards or exposing sensitive user data to third parties.
We built a vector-database-based memory system that stores de-identified user preference embeddings. When interacting with the AI, the app retrieves relevant historical context to construct prompts dynamically, keeping data anonymous and securely stored in encrypted databases.
We first validated the AI quality with a small beta group before building the subscription paywall and social features. This allowed us to tune the model prompts based on real user feedback before scaling the infrastructure.
